In collaboration with Pervica Studio, an urban regeneration concept was developed for the restoration of the former Colonia Ferrarese in Lizzano in Belvedere and its surrounding park.
The project rethinks the relationship between architecture and landscape, proposing the restoration of the existing building alongside a redefinition of its functional program. The park is conceived as an active public space, integrated with the renewed identity of the building, enhancing accessibility, social use, and connection with the natural context.
The concept aims to preserve the historical value of the site while introducing contemporary uses, transforming the former colony into a catalyst for cultural, social, and urban revitalization.
